2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding agreement.

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

  • Comply with all applicable New Zealand laws and local regulations.


3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

  • Provide truthful and current information.

  • Update your information promptly.

  • Notify Bring immediately of any unauthorised access or security breaches.

Bring reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.


4. Your Responsibilities

a. For Senders:

  • Provide accurate pick-up and delivery details.

  • Ensure items comply with our Prohibited Items Policy.

  • Package goods securely and responsibly.

  • Be available for scheduled pick-up and delivery.

b. For Drivers:

  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and necessary vehicle documentation.

  • Deliver items safely, securely, and on time.

  • Comply with road safety and local transport laws.

  • Not transport prohibited or illegal items.


5. Payment Terms

  • Senders agree to pay all applicable fees as displayed at booking.

  • Drivers receive payment for completed deliveries through Bring’s payment system.

  • Bring may adjust fees or commissions from time to time with notice.

All payments are processed securely. By using our Services, you authorise Bring to charge your payment method for the agreed amount.


6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on delivery status:

  • Senders may cancel a request before pick-up; cancellation fees may apply.

  • Drivers must notify Bring immediately if unable to complete a delivery.

  • Refunds are processed in line with our Refund Policy.


7. Prohibited Items and Activities

You agree not to use Bring.co.nz to transport:

  • Illegal goods, hazardous materials, or restricted items.

  • Items that breach any law or third-party rights.

Bring may refuse or cancel deliveries that violate these Terms.


8. Disclaimers

Bring.co.nz acts solely as a technology platform. We do not directly transport items and are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods except as stated in our Limited Liability Policy.

Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Bring and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our Services.
